We are now looking for summer staff for our collection unit.

Job Responsibilities

Your main task is to collect waste according to established driving lists from our residential and holiday home customers, as well as from multi-family houses in Ludvika and Smedjebacken municipalities. You will perform the work with the help of system support in the vehicle computer where all collections and any deviations are registered.

The job also includes administrative tasks such as reporting errors and deficiencies. You will maintain the recycling vehicles, including minor repairs, lubrication, and cleaning inside and out, and also check all safety features.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education or experience in truck driving.
• A valid C driver's license, valid professional competence certificate (YKB), and digital driver card.

Additionally, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. The work is physically demanding, so you need to be in good physical shape.

Previous experience in the field and an interest in technical work with vehicles is an advantage.

Furthermore, you are meticulous and responsible. You also enjoy working practically and solving technical problems with vehicles.

Employment Conditions

Temporary full-time employment. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:10, including public holidays that fall on weekdays. You will be based at the Björnhyttan waste facility in Ludvika.

Start date according to agreement.
